A lot has happened...

What's up Blogger friends?!
It sure has been a long couple of weeks, not just for myself but also for this nation. I want to start off by giving my opinion on the brutality involving police. This is going to be short, simple and to the point because I feel that's the only way for people to really understand this. Everyone deserves to live. If God put breath in your body, your supposed to be here. No one has a right to play God and take anyone's life away. Whether you're a cop, radical protester, or just civilian, you need to let HUMANS live. All of this killing is just sad and unnecessary. Causing innocent HUMANS pain isn't going to fix anything. It's just gonna start a war.
Next, I want to talk about Freedom Of Speech. One of my most favorite people on earth, Leslie Jones, was recently verbally attack on Twitter. It came to a point where she had to just leave Twitter to escape the, “living hell,” she was being dragged through. Now some people out there will always be those people that say that they have a right to their opinion and they have freedom of speech. That's bullsh*t... There's having a right to freedom of speech, (you protesting a man who wants to kick Muslims out of the country and build a wall so that Mexicans can't get in.) And then there's you being an asshole, (You comparing a woman to a gorilla because you didn't like the movie she was in.) There is a huge difference between freedom of speech and just being down right cruel. Stop hiding behind the Internet and abusing Rights. As a writer, this was super upsetting for me. People in my profession have a voice and ability to reach literally billions. The blogger who basically started all of this, could have just as easily used this power to send out peace. Instead, he sent out hate and tried to say he had a right to it. No one, not him, his followers, or anyone else in this world, have a right to hate someone you don't even know. It's 2015 and it's just sickening that people still have to go through this. If someone is a certain race, religion or sexuality, just leave them be. You have nothing to do with who they are, so mind your own damn business!

Finally on to me! These weeks for me have been scary, upsetting, and exciting. First, a few weeks ago I got into a pretty serious argument with a police officer. Usually, I'm a super nice person, especially with those in uniform. I grew up around military and law enforcement so I have a ton of respect for them. However, this one particular cop just crossed a line with me. He was directing traffic and I could clearly see that he was unstable. He was yelling at people and just being super hostel. When it was my turn to go he stopped me and started yelling at me for no reason. I yelled back and it just blew up from there. Again, I have no problem with cops. I do, however, have a problem with men who talk to women the way I was talked to. Some people do not have the mentality to be a cop. This man is one of them. Another thing that's been going on with me is that I have been having some medical problems and my doctor has scheduled me to get an MRI and an Ultrasound. I'm super nervous cause I've never had either one, but I'm hopeful it'll turn out fine. Aside from all that craziness, there has been some super exciting things happening to me. Recently I started working for Fiverr as a Biography Writer. To my surprise, it has been amazing! I've been selling like crazy, I get to meet a ton of awesome people, and I've been getting some really good reviews on my work. I'm so so happy to be doing the work that I do. Writing has always been a way for me to escape this world when it gets too loud and messed up. It feels good to wake up and just thank God for this ability He gave me, especially when times get tough. It's not always happy. It's very stressful at times, but I wouldn't change it for the world! I love it! So if any of you are interested in having a biography created for your business or for yourself, you can find the link to my writing services below. I'm also so very close to being done with my fourth book! It's gonna be amazing and it's going to pick up where The Cutting Club left off. If you haven't read it, do so now. You wont understand the second book, if you haven't read the first. You can also connect with me through Twitter and Instagram! I love guys and please remember to be peaceful and kind to one another. We were born with assholes, so there's no need to be ignorant, violent, or racist! God Bless!
